They serve kru coffee and it is out of this world. Spektor also has a lot of cool artwork on their walls.

I had the avocado lime breakfast sandwich with a latte and it was amazing! The latte reminded me of my favorite coffee place in Ithaca, NY which is Gimme coffee. Definitely will be coming back!

Very friendly staff and owner. Breakfast choices made to order. Great for small group get togethers.

Fantastic spot, always spend time here when I'm in the area. Great service. One of the baristas, Paul, is a wizard with names.

This was my first time stopping in; unfortunately, I was in a rush so I just got a Bulletproof Chai to go. Fortunately for me, the Bulletproof Chai tastes and feels amazing. The staff is beyond knowledgeable and incredibly friendly, ask any questions and trust their answers, they know what they're talking about. The atmosphere is super relaxing and comfortable, I can foresee myself both meeting freinds and spending time alone there. And before I forget to mention, a little birdie told me that one of the owners is the chef; just glancing at the menu piqued my interest enough to know that i have to return. A short review for a short first visit that surely won't be the last. Overall Spektor has a great vibe, taste and aesthetic that I look forward to exploring more of.

Good coffee. I only had a bagel with peanut butter, and that was pretty good too. The service was laid back. What I really liked was the ambience and the atmosphere. It was pretty quiet, but it didn't feel library quiet. It just felt... Nice.

Terrific menu options with breakfast served all day. The prices are a little high, but worth a try for sure.

Some of the best coffee in the area. However their hours an inaccurate, or they always close early. The young staff is entitled and act as if they are omnicient.

Artsy, cozy place. Passed through here on our van life journey, we’ve been sampling lattes all over North America and this place is great! Not to mention the lovely gentleman who was barista that I chatted with and the other customer at the shop. Overall perfect experience.

Wouldn’t add turkey to a salad. Seemed like a simple request, especially when they were out of their only other protein, chicken.

Friendly staff and great atmosphere. I had the spicy maple BLT and it was amazing. Lattes are great as well. My family loved all of their food. I love that their menu is different and has some combinations you would never think of. We will definitely come back again!

BEYOND BURGER!!! Thats all I have to say. I never actually gave up meat completely, so I do buy a burger from time to time... HOWEVER... the Beyond Burger at Spektor is RIDICULOUS!! Its the first non-meat burger i have had that actually tastes like a burger. Unreal good. 100 percent vegan, more iron than a regular hamburger, and the bread was fantastic as well.

I took just one cinnamon roll and I love it. The inside of the cafe felt warm and comfortable

The counterstaff were really sweet and tried to be accommodating when we ordered, but the owner came out from the kitchen to audibly scold them when they me to order a sandwich, open faced with butter instead of the garlic aioli. When my girlfriend then ordered a sandwich hoping to sub bagel for English muffin, the tall order was refused. Pretty tough stuff for my guy in the back, who couldn't be flexible for his paying customers. That said, the food was very good.

Atmosphere was great, baristas were pleasant, food was fair+ to good. If you order ham for breakfast, you don't serve up rolled up lunchmeat that is fried!

Best meal on the trip!Could not recommend more!Got the nitro coffee with mocha & a bit of almond milk. Tasted heavenly!We both got omelets with rye bread & potatoes. The omletes were fluffy & the veggies inside were cooked & flavorful. The rye was so fluffy & light. The buttery, seasoned roasted mini potatoes were cooked & smooshed flat-ish. So delicious! The guys were nice & chill & helpful with recommendations.

Good lord, that was great. Optimistic place. Super friendly people. But above all else that Salmon Benedict Latke situation is the most elegant - yes I said elegant because I’m a douchebag and there is literally no better word for it - it’s the most elegant & delicious thing I’ve eaten in days.

Really knowledgeable staff and cozy environment. I had a beautiful presentation of a Kenyan peaberry in a pour over. The pour over was perfect and showed off the brightness of the beans. Highly recommend this spot!

Just tried this place for the first time ever today & I regret not trying it sooner. We ordered an Americano, Mocha Latte, Eggs Benedict, & Avocado Smash, & a side of bacon (3 strips). The food came out quickly & was hot & delicious. The Avocado Smash is fantastic & I see myself craving it regularly. Our beverages were delicious & the right temp. - I really loved my Mocha Latte, best I've had around here so far. The folks that work there are pleasant & easy-going. I like the laid-back atmosphere. It's a small place but I think if it were much bigger it might lose its charm. Try it!!

This is a hidden gem. We had an amazing breakfast here. Delisious coffee, out of this world french toast and avocado smash. Very friendly and helpful staff. Can't wait to go back.

Easily my favorite place to eat in the Glens Falls area; great food and drink, atmosphere, an incredible staff and friendly regulars. It is a place you can relax and be sociable. The people here like what they are doing and it shows. The baked goods are made in house and never disappoint. They now offer home made ice cream too! The lattes and espresso are also enjoyable, but a large, black Doom Cup is my favorite. Weekends can be busy. Maple sriracha bacon on a breakfast sandwich is worth the short wait though. Also, order the french toast. The lunch options are also good. Whether you want a salad, sandwich (Californian is highly recommended) or burger you'll find something to satisfy. The soups change regularly and are my usual choice with lunch. Eat here.

This is a great local coffeehouse with excellent breakfast and lunch options. Their coffee and espresso are from Kru Coffee. They also have agreat selection of teas (hot or iced) and baked goods. There is a lot of seating and the staff are friendly and knowledgable about the menu options and it is a short walk from other shops and restaurants in downtown Glens Falls.

First and foremost: Delicious coffee. I had Kru's Bender. Great layout, relaxing design, and cool art.

One of the few cafes that knows how to make an authentic Bulletproof Coffee. The atmosphere is cozy, staff responsive and helpful and food delicious. I had an omelet on a recent business trip that exceptional.

I never get tired of the food and drinks at Spektor Coffee Roasters. I treated myself to a pumpkin spice latte and a Fresh today - it was absolutely delicious! If you haven't been what are you waiting for? Go try it out - you will not regret it!

On vacation was looking for something different and found it here the food was awesome good service nice atmosphere definitely would recommend stopping wont be disappointed.

The iced mocha here is a bit pricey(5.75), but delicious. The wifi is solid(unlike spot which cuts out constantly). The only downside is that it closes at 6pm instead of 9 like other places around here and the kitchen closes at 2pm. I do my best work while huffing espresso and that wonderful odor pervades this place!

Great place to sit down with a coffee and have a conversation. They offer a good breakfast and side dishes. My family and I meet there quite a bit to catchup.They have a wide variety of coffee here and great service. I highly recommend this place!They have now added ice cream!

Stopped here on our way to Vermont. Absolute little Gem. So trendy, Great atmosphere and excellent food. Staff was very kind and welcoming.

Knows what they are doing with pour overs, espresso and macha. Great quality and delicious pastries and full breakfast and lunch. Out 'home' cafe when we're in town.

Only one outside table, in the back where construction is going on, we have dogs with us. Order corned beef hash, should be called potatoes and eggs with corned beef bits. Got an orange juice served in a plastic cup with plastic lid and paper straw, why not an actual glass?

If no stars was an option that's what they deserve. We saw they had good reviews so we gave it a shot, all we did was move a table close to us and a woman with short hair slim, who worked behind the counter said to us you cannot move the table to your liking here leave everything the way it is. She yelled with a tone in front of everyone in the shop very rudely. If she would of walked towards us and told us privately in a nicer way we would of stayed but we walked right out. Extremely rude with an attitude. The place didn't seem very welcoming either, you just feel that negative vibe once you walk in especially from the workers. If you want someone to give you an attitude, yell, make a scene and give you dirty looks than come here. The business owner should re-evaluate his/hers workers and if this woman is the owner than it's sad, she doesn’t deserve any business.

Twice i have tried now and the wait to get a coffee and bagels is crazy!! I just walked out because they decided while i was inline and it's my turn to order said please wait i have to put a large order in first. I have no issue waiting 10min but 20 plus minutes for a coffee and bagels is not for me.
